Everything is done in writing, at any hour. A written booking leaves the address, the time and the length sitting in a thread where both sides can check them again, which matters more at three than at three in the afternoon.
Accuracy is the first reason, discretion only the second. A spoken booking depends on two tired people hearing each other correctly. A written one does not, and a night that turns on a room number is not the place to test anyone's hearing.
A first message is easy to answer when it carries five things:
The answer comes back in the same thread with a name, a figure and an arrival window. Nothing is asked of you before it. No form, no account, no card details typed into a page, and no deposit until a booking has actually been agreed.
Bookings run on Amsterdam time. Where there is any doubt, give the hour twice, once in Amsterdam time and once in yours, and it cannot be misread. If you are asking rather than booking, ask; the same thread does both, and a question answered now is better than a guess acted on at three.
If you are at one of the airport hotels near Schiphol, say so at the start. Those are arranged rather than quoted, and the reply takes a different shape because the journey out is agreed with you before anything is fixed.
It cannot tell you what a particular building allows its guests, cannot book or change a room for you, and will not contact anybody on your behalf. It answers about therapists, techniques, timing, length and payment, and it answers those properly.
