This site does not use analytics, advertising trackers, or third-party cookies. The house holds three things: the booking conversation, a short internal note about any visit that ended because a therapist's safety or limits were not respected, and nothing at all from the photo identification she may ask to see, because nothing from it is copied or written down. Each one is set out below.

The conversation holds whatever you choose to write: a name, a hotel or address, a time, a therapist's name. The conversation is used to agree the hour with you and to arrange the visit. The basis is article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR, because it is needed to perform the booking you asked for. Booking information is not sold, rented or passed to anyone for marketing, and it is not shared with other businesses. Where what happened during a visit may be a criminal offence, the house may report it to the police, and that is the only circumstance in which anything leaves the house.
Messages sent by WhatsApp are carried by Meta, which processes them as the platform and stores them outside the European Economic Area. The pages of this site are served by Cloudflare, which as the host sees the technical details of each visit, such as your IP address, for as long as it takes to deliver the page.
Booking conversations are deleted twelve months after the last message in them, and older threads are removed in a monthly sweep. There is no marketing list and nothing is sent to you that you did not ask for. Whether the house has looked after you before is read from the conversation itself.
A short note is written when a visit ends because a therapist's safety or her limits were not respected, and when a booking was placed under a name that is not yours, from a number or profile belonging to someone else, or as a joke, and when a no-show follows any of those. An ordinary missed appointment is a cancellation and is not noted. The note holds the date, what happened, and the name and number the booking was made with. The basis is article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR, and the interest is the physical safety of women who go into unfamiliar rooms alone and late. The note is kept for twelve months, it is read only by the people who accept bookings, it is used only to decide whether to accept a further booking from the same person, and it is never shared with another business. You may object to it under article 21 and ask for it to be corrected or removed, by writing to contact@latenightmassageamsterdam.com.
A therapist may ask to see photo identification when she arrives. She looks at it and hands it straight back. She does not copy, scan or photograph it, and nothing from it is written down, so the house holds nothing from it.
The site stores one item on your device so that it remembers you confirmed your age. Nothing else is stored on your device, and nothing about it is sent anywhere.
You may ask what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, ask for its use to be restricted, ask for a copy of it in a form you can take elsewhere, and object to the note described above. Write to contact@latenightmassageamsterdam.com. The house answers by e-mail within one month. You may also complain to the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, the Dutch data protection authority.
