How to request removal of content you believe infringes your rights.
Late Night Massage Amsterdam respects intellectual property rights. We respond to clear, specific takedown requests for content that genuinely infringes a third party's copyright, image rights, or other personal rights.
Every photograph is of the person on whose profile it appears, taken with her agreement. When someone leaves the roster her profile and pictures come down. If you believe a photograph published on this site is yours and was used without permission, the takedown procedure below applies.
Send a notice in writing to contact@latenightmassageamsterdam.com, containing:
We acknowledge takedown notices within forty-eight hours. Where the request is clear and substantiated, we remove the contested content while the matter is reviewed. Counter-notices from the original publisher (typically the therapist herself) are processed in the same timeframe.
Notices that are knowingly false, abusive, or designed to harass a therapist on the roster will be rejected, and where one may be a criminal offence the house may report it to the police. We are not a venue for personal disputes.
If content is removed and the original publisher disputes the removal, they have the right to file a counter-notice. We will reinstate the content if no follow-up action is taken within ten days of the counter-notice.
This site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare's own takedown procedures apply in addition to ours and are documented at cloudflare.com/abuse.
Two lines settle it: where the room is, and what time you want someone at the door. The answer comes back with a name, an arrival window and the whole figure, whatever the clock says.
