Late Night Massage Amsterdam arranges outcall massage sessions in hotel rooms and apartments across Amsterdam. These terms apply to every booking. The words booking, deposit, the balance, the house and your therapist mean the same thing in every clause below.
What you book is a block of time with one therapist, and the massage she gives in that time. The rate shown on her profile is the whole price for that time. It covers her journey to your room and the session itself, and nothing is added at the door. The house does four things: it takes your message, it agrees the hour with you, it arranges the visit, and it publishes the rates.
She decides for herself which bookings she takes. She may decline any request, before or after it reaches her, and she does not have to give a reason for declining. She sets her own limits for what a session includes, she says what they are before the session starts, and they hold for the whole visit. She chooses the hours she is available and the hours she is not. She is free to work elsewhere. She may end a visit at any point. None of those decisions is made for her.
Bookings are accepted only from people who are twenty-one or over, and everyone present during a session must be twenty-one or over. Sending a booking message is your statement that this is true of you and of anyone else who will be in the room. Your therapist may ask to see photo identification when she arrives. She looks at it and hands it straight back. She does not copy, scan or photograph it, and nothing from it is written down. If she cannot satisfy herself that everyone in the room is twenty-one or over, she leaves before the session starts and the visit ends there. Everyone listed on this site is twenty-one or over.
Your therapist decides what a session includes and where her limits are, and those limits are not open to negotiation once she is in the room. If her safety or her comfort is not respected, or a limit she has set is pressed, she ends the visit there and then. The fee for the time reserved for you stays due, and nothing further is charged on top of it. When a visit ends that way, the house writes a short note: the date, what happened, and the name and number the booking was made with. The same note is written for a booking placed under a name that is not the client's, from a number or profile belonging to someone else, or as a joke, and for a no-show that follows any of those. An ordinary missed appointment is a cancellation and is handled as one. The note is kept for twelve months, stays inside the house, and is used only to decide whether to accept a further booking from the same person. The privacy page says how to object to it. Where what happened may be a criminal offence, the house may report it to the police.
A deposit of half the fee confirms every booking made more than twenty-four hours ahead, every overnight, every booking with two therapists, every booking at Schiphol or an airport hotel, every booking on a peak date, every session of three hours or more, and the first booking from a new client. A same-day session of one or two hours from a returning client is paid in full on arrival.
Cancelling a booking does not cost you damages. What it costs you is the part of the fee the house has already earned by the time you cancel, and the booking terms page sets out the scale. The scale is this. If you cancel more than twenty-four hours before the booked time, nothing of the fee has been earned and the deposit comes back. If you cancel inside twenty-four hours, half the deposit has been earned. Once she is on her way, the whole deposit has been earned. If the hour is taken by someone else, the deposit comes back in full. If you can show that the house lost less than the part it kept, it keeps less.
If you end a session early, the time reserved for you stays payable, because the hour was held for you and cannot be offered to anyone else. A booking made in bad faith may be reported to the police.
The full position is on the booking terms page. Before any booking is confirmed, a copy of these terms and of the booking terms is sent to you in the booking conversation, in a form you can keep, and the confirmation states that your booking is accepted on them.
Because every booking is for a named hour on a named day, the fourteen-day right to change your mind that applies to most things bought at a distance does not arise. The booking terms page explains why.
Prices are in euro, and the euro figure is the price of the booking. Every price includes all taxes, and nothing is added to it. Cash in another major currency is accepted, and the exact amount in that currency is confirmed to you in writing before she sets out. A deposit can be paid by card; Revolut, Wise and cryptocurrency are also accepted if you prefer. Arrange the method in advance.
Sessions are provided for relaxation and bodywork. We are not a medical service and make no medical claims. Tell your therapist about any injury, condition or medication that a massage should take account of, before she starts, so that she can adjust what she does.
This agreement is governed by Dutch law. If something goes wrong, write to the house first, at contact@latenightmassageamsterdam.com. A complaint is acknowledged within two working days and answered within four weeks. If that does not settle it, either of us may go to the Dutch courts, and for claims up to EUR 25,000 that is the kantonrechter. Naming Amsterdam is the house's preference and not a restriction on you. You keep every court the law gives you, and if you live outside the Netherlands you keep the courts of the country you live in. The house takes part in no arbitration or binding-advice scheme and belongs to no complaints board.
These terms were last changed on 17 September 2026. A change applies to bookings made after that date and never to a booking already confirmed.
Two lines settle it: where the room is, and what time you want someone at the door. The answer comes back with a name, an arrival window and the whole figure, whatever the clock says.
